Finally graduated (am I allowed to use the word graduation for that? Don't know.. whatever. Anyway I finished my study Bachelor marketingmanagement/Publishing today officially. Well actually I received the email from my teacher last evening but now it's a good day to celebrate it for real.
So my parents back in The Netherlands thought they should celebrate it at least with hanging out a flag with a schoolbag and books on it. The picture of that is in the Misc photo album. So now that I am done, I can concentrate on the next part of my life. Not that I would stop learning, no no. I actually love to study stuff, learn new things, develop new things. That's what this blog is about anyway and that is also one of the reasons that I started this new blog. So what will I be doing? Well, for one I need a job and I need it soon. So I am trying to find one in Norway but am also looking around in Holland as it is perhaps not directly going to work out here yet. After all the economic crisis isn't helping really. I am looking for ColdFusion jobs, beginner ASP.Net jobs, general ICT management jobs and beginner marketing functions such as assistent brandmanagement. If you know any function/job or place, feel free to tip me! As for development and the writing of blogs here, I intend to tell you about my developments in life, programming and all other interests (HDTV, Mac, renewable energy, psychology, life itself etc.), but I also want to try to teach you certain techniques that I learned, certain methods (in programming or other things), or plainly tell you what I found out about the past weeks (links, news items). I'm going to learn more CF8 (and also Model-Glue, Transfer, NUnit, ColdSpring), test CF9, test Adobe Bolt, use CFEclipse, learn ASP.NET (with VB Studio Express 2008 and MS SQL Express 2005), learn a bit more of Photoshop, try my way around new improvements (Google Wave, XHTML5, CSS, XSLT, XML etc) and generally learn and teach on my blog. With that I also want to do some marketing and marketing research and to be able to get a lot of comments and a lot of interested learning people to teach, I have to network. Therefore my blog: www.stevenesser.net Therefore my twitter: twitter.com/stevenesser Therefore my Delicious: delicious.com/smilebringer And more will be added to the list in the coming time. Btw links should soon come available under the menu option 'Links'. In Photos I will upload Concept Designs of projects I am working on, but also ArtWork that I did in photoshop. I guess there will also come a photoalbum for Portfolio or something, and a new menu button for Bio might also be coming soon. Videos will most likely be filled with interesting youtube or other type of videos. If you want to be kept up-to-date about this blog and it's new additions, please don't hesistate to subscribe yourself to the newsletter, if you aren't already. And I want to close with that I appreciate all the comments I get on my blogpost. I even like to discuss things, so do not hesistate to discuss with me on certain published subjects. If there is something you would like to talk with me about but not publicly, or perhaps something you need help with (programmingwise or other), you should use the Contact form and contact me directly. Information there goes directly to my inbox and I check my mail regularly per day. Oh and feel free to congratulate me ;) |
